Becoming is Messy

Around here, we call ourselves the Messies… people who understand the mess isn’t something to hide, but something to grow through.

Welcome to Becoming Is Messy, a space for real, unfiltered conversations about what it actually looks like to come home to yourself.

Around here, we’re not chasing perfection. We’re learning how to live in truth. Through honest stories, unexpected plot twists, and the moments that change us, this podcast explores what it means to heal, grow, and become who you’ve been all along.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re “too much” or “not enough” sometimes in the very same breath, you’re not alone here.

This is your permission to own your story, reconnect with your joy, and take your next step forward… even if it’s messy.

You don’t have to just listen.

At some point, it stops being about hearing other people’s stories…
and starts being about living your own.

If you’re ready for that shift, there’s a place for you here. We hope to see you down the path!

If you’re new here, you might want to start at the beginning.

The first eight episodes introduce the early version of this work, back when it was called the Imperfect LEVEL UP™, and trace the foundation of the ideas that continue to evolve today.

From there, each conversation builds, shaped by over 50 episodes and a lineup of thoughtful, honest guests who bring their own lived experiences into the work.

However you choose to listen, you’ll find yourself somewhere in the story.

You could be our next guest.

If you feel a pull to be part of this conversation, we’d love to hear from you. We’re not looking for perfect narratives or polished answers. We’re drawn to people who are willing to tell the truth about their journey in a way that might help someone else see their own more clearly.

Whether your story comes through healing, growth, leadership, or the quiet, in-between moments that changed you… it matters here.

If something in you is saying, “I think I’m meant to share this,” we invite you to apply.
