Lead the Work
Learn how to teach and guide others to live their Unperfect Life.
Become a Certified Unperfect Life Steward
As you live your own Unperfect Life, there comes a point when the work stops being personal.
Not because it’s finished.
But because it starts to move through you.
This pathway is for those who have walked it…
lived it…
and feel the pull to share it.
Not as experts.
Not as perfect leaders.
But as people willing to hold space for others to come home to themselves.
What It Means to Be a Certified Steward
You’ve lived the Unperfect LEVEL UP™ framework, not just learned it
You’re equipped to guide others through their own Unperfect Life journey
You can facilitate cohorts, conversations, and experiences rooted in this work
You hold space with presence, not perfection
You become part of a growing network carrying this work forward
How Certification Works
Most certification programs teach you their way of doing things. This certification isn’t about becoming an expert in someone else’s approach.
Becoming a Certified Unperfect Life Steward is deeply rooted in your own way and being someone who others can trust to guide them through the work of coming home to themselves.
You’ll learn how to:
Understand the Unperfect LEVEL UP™ framework deeply
Hold space for real, human conversations
Guide others through their own process in a way that is grounded and aligned
Our approach is about carrying the work with authenticity—in how you live it, and in how you guide others through it.
Step 1: Begin with the Work
Join a Cohort Experience and move through the Unperfect LEVEL UP™ framework in your own life. → Learn how to join a cohort
Step 2: Choose the Certification Path
During your cohort, you’ll have the opportunity to opt into the Steward Certification track.
Step 3: Deepen Your Practice
Engage in additional reflection, integration, and applied learning designed to prepare you to guide others.
Step 4: Strengthen Your Understanding
Build a clear, grounded understanding of the framework through knowledge checks such as quizzes, written responses, and applied exercises.
Step 5: Learn to Facilitate
Develop the skills to hold space, lead conversations, and guide others through the work in a way that is aligned and authentic.
Step 6: Demonstrate Your Readiness
Show how you’ve integrated the work—both in how you understand it and how you hold it—through applied and facilitation-based experiences.
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about clarity, integrity, and readiness.
Step 7: Become Certified
Step into your role as a Certified Unperfect Life Steward, equipped to carry this work into your own communities, spaces, or practice.
