Meet the stewards of The Unperfect Life Co.

We’re not here as experts above you. We’re here as people inside the work, just like you.

Each of us brings a different lens, a different strength, and a shared commitment to living, leading, and building from authenticity.

Three People. One Shared Commitment.

Together, we hold the vision, the structure, and the heartbeat of The Unperfect Life Co.

Meghann Dawson

Founder & Steward of Vision

Meghann is the visionary behind The Unperfect Life Co., shaping the philosophy, voice, and direction of the movement. Through her storytelling, frameworks, and lived experience, she guides people back to what is true for them—helping them reconnect with their inner voice, live with authenticity, and build lives that feel as aligned as they look. She believes that when people learn to love themselves and live authentically, they naturally begin to live their purpose—and that is how we create a better world.

Kelly Griego

Steward of Endurance & Operations

Kelly brings structure, stability, and forward momentum to the work. He designs and supports the systems that allow the movement to grow sustainably, ensuring that what is created is not only meaningful, but lasting. His presence anchors the vision, turning ideas into experiences people can rely on and return to. He believes that when people connect to their strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally—they begin to expand what they believe is possible for themselves.

Chams Habib

Steward of People & Belonging

Chams cultivates the heart of the Collective. She shapes the spaces, relationships, and experiences that allow people to feel seen, supported, and connected. Through her leadership, belonging becomes more than a value—it becomes something people can feel as they step into the work and into themselves. Her deeper mission is to expand access and belonging for women everywhere, especially in spaces where they have historically been excluded.

“When we live authentically, reconnect with our strength, and create space for belonging, we don’t just change our own lives—we expand what’s possible for everyone around us.”
